About this apartment rental
Modern, newly renovated condo in an award-winning historic building in trendy Gastown (Downtown Vancouver) with heritage brick walls, polished concrete floors, quartz counter tops, modern ceiling fans & concrete ceilings. The south-facing condo with a large sliding glass door onto a private 150 square foot deck is a 30-second walk from buses, dozens of top notch restaurants, grocery markets, a huge clothing district -all literally at your front door. The apartment building is Gastown's best address and is situated on a quiet one way street. With the condos great layout, the new queen size bed gives this studio, rooftop apartment the feel of a one bedroom. With air conditioning, a newly renovated fully equipped modern kitchen, plush cotton bedding, designer furniture and LED Italian lighting throughout, this top floor apartment is sure to please both business visitors & tourists alike and is the perfect monthly rental. Keith was a great host, informative and available. Gastown is a wonderful area, full of restaurants and bars, and close to all public transportation wherever you want to go in Vancouver - direct bus to Granville Island for example. Not that you always need a bus as from there many parts of Vancouver are easily walkable or cyclable. The apartment itself has everything you need, including a fire for cosy evenings (we visited in Fall, running into winter).

This apartment is on the top floor of a building right at the edge of Gastown, a great neighborhood in Vancouver. It has everything you need and a balcony that overlooks a bustling area of restaurants and bars. Great for some wine, cheese, and people watching. If you would rather view the water and mountains, go up to the roof deck where you get a spectacular view of the scenery. We enjoyed our stay very much and Keith was very attentive and friendly to deal with.

Keith was great! The property was clean, modern, and cozy. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace, the balcony, and roof top patio. Wonderful views of Water Street and the Burrard Inlet looking across to North Vancouver. Great place to set up base camp and enjoy Vancouver by foot, bus and/or train. Lots of shops, coffee shops, restaraunts near by. Highly recommend this spot!

Owner Keith met us at the condo even though we arrived around 11 PM. He was super friendly and helpful with information about the area. The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location for exploring Vancouver. A car is not necessary as public transportation is a pleasant 5 minute walk from condo. Can't say enough about owner Keith and his property!!!

I had a wonderful month long stay in Keith's condo in Gastown. The condo was well appointed and the location was great especially for food lovers, coffee lovers and clothing shopping.
The Canada Line is a 5 minute walk from the condo and local transportation is easily accessed. I loved my stay!

First, Keith was fantastic-- he's friendly, responsive and he really cares about the guest experience. I was visiting for work on wanted to rent a condo for the month. Keith's condo is not only comfortable, it is the perfect location and the patio was an added benefit. I highly recommend this unit based on my experience!

If you want to stay in downtown Vancouver and if you want to be close to restaurants, galleries and coffee shops, and if you want to be be steps from public transportation, this is a great place to be. The condo is very well equipped, it is very comfortable, very clean and in a very interesting neighborhood close to downtown Vancouver. The owner, Keith, is very helpful and takes excellent care of the property. We enjoyed our time in Vancouver and in the condo.

We love Gastown so staying here was an easy decision.
Morning coffee on the lovely sundrenched (south facing) private deck was a great thing to wake up to.
The condo is steps to Vancouver's top restaurants, is close to Stanley Pak and a short walk to The Canada Line. Taxi's are also right across the street-flagging them down was easy.
The brand new, comfy Queen size bed was also a nice bonus!

The cozy studio for 2 is located within walking distance of everything you need! Grocery store, cafes, public transit, bars, boutiques, sea bus and numerous Vancouver sites. The owner met us upon arrival and was very helpful with acclimating us to our new surroundings. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful city and having this apartment at our disposal was the perfect fit!

I found Keith's place on homeaway.com while looking for a place to rent for a surprise birthday weekend for my wife, and we were flying in from San Francisco. I was excited by the photos as it looked quite charming and homey. Keith, the owner, was very friendly prior to our arrival. When we arrived at the condo, though it is on the smaller side, we found it just right for the two of us, complete with a full kitchen, queen sized bed, and a leather sofa and chair next to the gas fireplace, which we used every night since it was raining out, and the outdoor patio was a nice touch too. I thought the location was excellent and we were walking distance to most things in Vancouver. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little different with a lot of character.

My Homeaway apartment rental experience was a great one.
My wife and I usually rent hotels rooms but thought we would try a fully furnished apartment rental this time instead...and we are glad we did.
With the private deck, internet connection, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer it made our 6 day holiday easy and memorable.
In Gastown we walked virtually everywhere and tried some great restaurants steps from the apartment, and found we didn't need a car to get around.

My name is Joey wilson and I am a female from Toronoto, Ontario. I was in need of a place to stay for work for 6 weeks for a work placement. When I started looking I had no idea who to trust and really no idea about a good location. I came across Keiths site and right away thought it looked great. When I contacted Keith he went above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns that I might have. With all of he had done he made it easy for me to choose his place. When I arrived Keith was there to show me around the condo and explain all that I needed to know, even with tips of good places to eat and shop. I could not have asked for a better location! close to transportaion, dining, and shopping. The place was also sparkling clean (which was one of my main concerns). It was also exactly the way it was described on the internet.
With all this being said, I would HIGHLY reccomend this place! you truly couldnt ask for anymore.

This was a fantastic place to base ourselves for our holiday in Vancouver. Located in trendy and happening Gastown, there were plenty of restaurants and bars/pubs at our doorstep. During the day we easily walked around Vancouver including into Downtown and to Stanley Park. The pad is modern and well finished, with a beautiful little balcony to take in the skyline of Vancouver. With internet and cable TV it made life easy, plus the building is extremely safe and quite attractive itself. Keith is great as well, and full of local knowledge and extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed two extra nights, as the pad allowed us to relax in Vancouver that little bit more.

Keith's pictures of the apartment are accurate, the layout is wonderful and the location is ideal-especially for the great variety of restaurants and shops close by. Great place! It felt like we were in the Soho district of New York. Like the description says, Gastown is a great, trendy location in downtown Vancouver, and our apartment was literally steps from great restaurants and shops. The apartment was spotless and the free internet connection was very beneficial for my wife and I. After a long day of touring the city, it was great to come back to the private deck, full of beautiful flowers in bloom, and sweeping south-facing views of Vancouver. Thanks again.
