The host was super friendly and helpful. She told us about some local places to visit. The apartment was very central and had very good facilities. We had TV, fridge, kitchen with dishes and some basic cooking apparel and cutlery. It feels like a nice and cozy hotel room :)

Things to improve upon: The shower has very low pressure and the water oscillates between normal set temperature and some bursts of cold water and very hot water. The bed itself was a bit firm but I guess this is a matter of personal preference. Some nicer pillows would help.

This was my first time drive trip to Nice, so I looked for a place that was convenient for visiting all the attractions but not too noisy. This place perfectly met those criteria; the apartment is right by the sea, less than 100 meters from many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets with sea views – very convenient. The room was clean, and although not large, the bed was big. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and tableware, and the bathroom was small but practical. The owner, Kate, is a very friendly and lovely lady. when we meet there, she helped me arrange free parking and showed me around the room and the surrounding area – I was very grateful! So, if you're traveling alone or two persons, I highly recommend this place.

It would be even better if you could keep some simple seasonings in the kitchen, such as salt, pepper, and a little cooking oil.

We spent four nights in the apartment. It is about 25 minutes from Nice airport by bus or train, either can be reached after a few minutes walk, the flights are regular (but I don't think they run at night, unfortunately). Everything is within a few minutes' walk in the area: grocery stores, restaurants, fast food restaurants, shops, a nice beach. The apartment is quite small, but the price-value ratio is very good!! Very well equipped, air conditioning, fan, TV, internet, microwave, stove, oven, fridge + freezer, cleaning products. Clean, tidy. It has a reception, the staircase is closed, safe. The host Catherine is very nice and flexible. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Taking a shower is exciting — the water suddenly switches between hot and cold at times, even when nobody is using water in the kitchen.

La comodità di avere molti negozi vicini e la posizione rispetto alle città da visitare. il parcheggio con disco orario non comodissimo

L'appartamento molto piccolo, pulito pochissimo, ci vuole una bella zanzariera (la notte ti divorano) gli sportelli del bagno e cucina mezzi rotti, pavimenti non puliti bene, bagno sporco. Letto abbastanza comodo, cuscini poco comodi Ma tutto sommato per il prezzo va bene cosi
