About this house rental
Classic Ojai stone cottage - light and bright - available by the month - fabulous quiet location. Cottage has been remodeled with maple floors and skylights, but retains its authentic, period charm. There is a full kitchen and a pantry. Great front porch! Bedroom with a new queen size bed (Sealy posturepedic) and bath with tub/shower. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and small fireplace. There is a flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD player. Also WiFi. Washer-Dryer, and AC (air conditioning! ). Sit out on the front porch under the large oak tree for your morning coffee. You will feel cozy and right at home!
Great location just blocks from Bart's Books, Westridge Midtown grocery store, Post Office, Libby Park tennis courts, restaurants, museum and festivals.
The cottage is peaceful and private, set off of the street in a quiet neighborhood. Walk everywhere, if you wish.
Use of a great tennis and swim club is available (additional fee). Great public tennis courts also.
Ojai is a 20 minute drive to a wonderful beach and boating opportunities in Ventura harbor.

Casa Piedra is very delightful, comfortable, peaceful and is walking distance to town and walking trails (just as described in the vrbo listing). Perfect for a couple or single person. I loved my stay here. I felt at home. My Hostess, Jane, was great, kind & responsive.The town of Ojai is also delightful to explore, great restaurants, shops, coffee cafes and an incredible Farmer's Market - one on Sundays and a smaller one on Tuesday to buy beautiful organic produce for your stay.

This is a perfect property for 1 or 2. Includes kitchen and laundry facilities. The front porch is ideal for morning coffee or afternoon wine. 15 minute walk to downtown Ojai. Be sure to have a drink at Sam's Place and a pastry at The Dutchess!!
