The cabin had very nice location and the view was incredible. The kitchen was fully packed with any utensil you could possibly need.
A lot of pots and baking sheets were dirty. While the porch view was amazing, the roof was leaking in several places so there were puddles in the porch what made floor quite slippery. Also, the porch furniture cushions were all stained. Another big problem were scorpions on the basement level floor. We found one next to the bed and was was crawling in the shower. We had several kids with us who like to run barefoot in the house and we had to constantly check the floors to make sure no-one would get bit.
Finally, the cabin not remote at all, you can see neighbors on 3 out of 4 sides. It was okay with us but if you want something remote keep this in mind. The 4th bedroom will not work for adult couple and the bed length is fit for teenager, not adult.

The view is truly amazing. We loved both upstairs and downstairs access to the view. Cable/apps on the tvs were a plus.
The beds are very comfortable! Kitchen well stocked with supplies. Newer dishwasher. Also the neighbors we had were sweet. But I think they were rentals.
Outside rocking chairs were VERY relaxing and comfy.
Pool table is in poor shape and the pockets are broken. That was the PRIMARY indoor amenity we wanted so we were very sad. It shouldn’t be advertised as present
LOTSSSSS OF SPIDERWEBS EVERYWHERE INSIDE AND OUT with huge spiders in them. Super crazy how Webby the inside of the home was. This was the most disappointing for the price I paid. I think it’s common courtesy to have to cleaning crew de-web the home prior to guests.
Larger couch didn’t recline (small) but sucked lol. Outdoor furniture is VERY DIRTY AND WORN. Super stained and nasty. Really unusable.
Also roaches in the kitchen. We cleaned throughly each night but I would recommend being cautious about open suitcases and such.
I didn’t try the grill due to other reviews reporting it wasn’t usable so I can’t review that.
But the hot tub was covered in spider webs so we didn’t try that either. One thing we did like was that the hot tub was screened in so perhaps that is helpful against larger critters.

Not enough seating for the whole family to sit in the living room and watch a movie together.
