I liked how close it was to the train station and how easy it was to locate and get into the place. The space was cozy and equipped with everything one would need for a couple day stay. Heater was clutch, and the bed was comfy! Very close to all the nice restaurants and bars of Nakameguro!
One thing to know is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The space was a bit tighter than expected. Although the bed was cozy, because the frame was missing a few screws the wood slabs kept popping out the tracks. There are boxes under the bed but it was quite annoying. The walls are a bit thin as well, we could hear the neighbors talking, as well as the trains passing... which wasn't a surprise.

Location and proximity to everything around the neighborhood. Owner very friendly.
Much smaller than imagined, especially bathroom, shower difficult to use without soaking bathroom floor. Less natural light than anticipated and not as dark of conditions for good sleep at night.
