A tulajdonos kedvessége, figyelmessége, tisztaság szeretete, pontossága. A fürdőszoba roppant igényes felszerelése. A terasz igen szép elrendezése, a növényzet kialakítása. A fogadó és elköszönő ajándék a tulajdonostól. Sok helyen megfordultunk, de ez nem volt jellemző. Nagyon jól esett.
Magasabb személynek a padlástéri elhelyezés nem igazán kényelmes. Az ingatlan más részében is voltak vendégek, így a rendelkezésre álló internet kapacitás elégtelen volt. Ennek növelése feltétlenül indokolt, mert még az időjárást sem lehetett megnézni, csak mobilnet vásárlása árán. A megfelelő wifi ma már elengedhetetlen.
