Very pleasant studio for 2 people facing LA BAULE beach on the 4th floor of a secure residence with lift with private parking
Entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with washing machine and toilet, living room with very comfortable convertible sofa (new), fully equipped open kitchen (fridge freezer, combi oven, extractor hood, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
Housing
We provide you with household linen (sheet, duvet, towels, beach towel)
We welcome you with your baby, the apartment is equipped with a cot at your request
Exchanges with travelers
We welcome you upon your arrival and are available by phone every day
Other remarks
At your disposal a kit of basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper)
We have at your disposal 2 city bikes

This is the second year in a row that we have the pleasure of renting this apartment for our summer holiday. The apartment is delightful, clean and fresh, well equipped and has a lovely view over the wonderful beach of La Baule. Short walking distance to shops, bakeries andrestaurants, two train stations and buses heading in all directions. A great hub for visiting the entire region by foot, bike, car, bus or train. Thank you Christophe and Chantal for another wonderful summer vacation.

First of all, a big Merci to Christophe et Chantal who were very kind and accomodating during our stay.
The apartment itself is airy, beautiful and well equipped. We came without a car, stayed for two weeks and have absolutely no complaints. Two bicycles were at our disposal during our stay, but because of a heatwave we preferred walking. A bus from the nearby Place des Palmiers bus stop is a great alternative for exploring the surroundings in all directions – from Piriac to St. Nazaire.
The balcony is ideal for both meals or relaxation, with a lovely view over the beach and the bay.
