About this house rental
Five bedroom post modern house with five bathrooms, cathedral ceilings throughout, crown moldings, two master bedrooms (one upstairs and one on the main floor), stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen. Very, very clean and well maintained.
Living room has wood burning fireplace and leads to beautifully landscaped backyard with 20 X 40 swimming pool. Comes with heater and child fence if required. You'll be very comfortable in this spacious and luxurious home. Close to town, beach, movies, house of worships and more. Rental agreement will be sent and , security deposit and $300 cleaning fee is required. Electric is extra. $1,000 per pet

My husband and I shared a wonderful week with our married daughters and grandchildren at this lovely home in Westhampton. The location was great...easy to bike into town and close to the beaches. The house was immaculate and the pool area was spacious for our 10 person family. The owners were most responsive to our needs and we would certainly recommend this rental home to our friends. This property and location was perfect for our vacation with children and little grandchildren (ages 3,3,1 and 1). Pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time in it. The accomadations were great with plenty of open space for the little ones to crawl and runaround and the 5 bedrooms were a big help in allowing the little ones in their own rooms. Every night after dinner we walked around the neighborhhood which was beautiful and people were very friendly. Would definitely stay at this house again.

The outdoor area has lots and lounges and couch set, beautiful pool and deck.

The house is beautiful - tons of space, well kept, clean. However, the owner had recently installed a new filter system in the pool, and it turned cloudy and green after a big storm mid week. When pool professionals came to look at it, they said the owners had misused the new system, causing it to cloud up with gross, green goo. It was unusable for three of five days we were there, not counting the storm (and the pool was the point).
People make mistakes, but the owners refused to take accountability for it, blaming it on the storm.
