Eigensinnige Kaffeemaschine, kein Geschirrspüler

The flat was equipped with all necessary utilities. The interior was decorated with a lot of good taste. We didn't miss anything. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Whoever equipped the flat, put a lot of thoughts into making it really cosy and welcoming. The equipment was high quality. It was absolutely quiet, in spite of it's very central location. Nice view into the garden and on the mountains. Perfect size for a couple.

The staff was friendly but a bit inefficient. The check-in and check- out process was a bit of a hassle, as we received a very long E-Mail containing all sorts of information, except for where to get the key and how to return it. So we had to call the office, wait for the call back and even though it came promptly, it was a bit unnecessary. In the flat, the temperature was about 16 degrees Celsius. There was no manual for the heating operation panel and the instructions placed above it were misleading. It said not to operate the box under the thermostat, whereas it was exactly that box that turned the heating on. Since we initially stuck to the instructions, the heating didn't work and the call with the office was of little help, so we spent the first night in the seventeen degree cold flat, which was not very cosy. It took one night to heat up the flat and after that our stay was really nice. In the shower the water didn't flow away vee well, so we had to be careful not to flood the bathroom.
