The parents bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed (you sleep on Tempur mattresses), 2 side tables, TV, 2 very large closets and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom is located opposite the master bedroom, which is also equipped with a double bed, small closet, safe and an office table.
The bathroom is small but nice, which has been set up for you with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and a small play or relaxation area with LED lights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, mixer and many more things you are used to from home.
The approx. 45m ² living room that invites you to read, chill, play with TV, PlayStation 3, Apple TV (to synchronize ipad and iphone), TV / radio, CD / USB / radio, relax chair with built-in boxes LED lights and Italian TV.
This apartment has a very large garden (approx. 220 m²) with a covered terrace where you can grill, read, eat or sunbathe.

This home comfortably fit the 4 adults in our family. It was quiet, clean, and had multiple comfortable spaces. The drive to Konstanz is easy. The host provided a packet of information that gave details about the house and the surrounding area that I wish all hosts provided. He also was quick to answer any additional questions we had during our stay. It is colder during the winter than we typically keep our own home, but being prepared with slippers, hoodies, and using blankets in the living room easily addressed the chilliness.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, nichts hat gefehlt. Sehr bequeme Betten. Phantastische Lage, sehr ruhig mit Abendsonne Richtung Westen. Durch das gute Wetter haben wir die Terrasse morgens uns abends immer genutzt, tagsüber waren wir unterwegs. Man hätte sich aber auch gut auf Terrasse und Garten aufhalten können. Sehr netter , zuvorkommender Gastgaber.
