Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solara Resort.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

• POOL HEATER
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Overall, the house needs a very deep cleaning. The walls are very dirty. In one bathroom, it looks like there are boogers on the walls. I agree with a previous comment about everything being builder grade. The game room is in a converted garage. It has a little

Of the other reviews. In fact, all the tvs and lights worked. The house had several fans in the closets that we used because the house was so hot, especially upstairs. The AC is set where you can’t adjust it below 75 I think. We were traveling with people with respiratory issues, so we had to contact the owner to get that temperature lowered, which he did the next day. However, the house was still very hot upstairs. Some of the guests slept under only a sheet and had a fan running. We even bought an extra fan because most of the fans in the house were smaller and didn’t work well enough. Another complaint, which was mentioned by several others, is the lack of towels. I do not expect large towels for the pool, but if I’m spending several thousand dollars for almost 20 people, there should be at least 20 washcloths, towels, and hand towels. I don’t care if they come from Walmart. There probably were less than 12 towels and hand towels. There were no washcloths, which we were prepared for, but shouldn’t have to have brought them. The lack of those basic items is unacceptable.

Plenty of space for a large group, and everyone having their own bathroom was amazing. The resort was great and the pool and hot tub at the house were nice too for early morning swims. Be prepared to add food storage/cleaning supplies/paper goods to your shopping list.

This is not a luxury home. It is a builder's grade home that is large and has some fun rooms and activities. The property manager is very responsive to any inquiries and did their best to help. If they would just spend a few more dollars, the quality of the stay would be significant better.
For example, there are not enough glasses,or silverware so that each person can have one meal together (assuming every bed is full). There are not enough towels for everyone either. The pillows are terrible (very cheap), there were almost no pool toys, every remote control was either missing or without batteries, and the basketball game in the game room doesn't work. The shower heads are very cheap so there is not good water pressure. There was a large brick on the front step that kept falling off making it dangerous. They provided dishwasher detergent but not laundry detergent. There were lots of things like that that required us to keep running out to purchase things. We eventually purchased new pillows and blankets as well as batteries. They give you one tiny bar of hand soap for every two sinks. The shampoo and conditioner that they provided ruined someone's hair in our group. Very low quality. We had to purchase hand soap for each sink and shampoo and conditioner.
All of that said, we still enjoyed our stay. We just paid so much money that our expectations were hire in terms of how it is managed.

The house is fine, but for the price not as expected. It was clean, and spacious, however poorly stocked. Bring your own towels, paper goods, and kids cups. Mattresses have to be 20+ years old, or just really really cheap. The cookware is so old, you're not going to want to use it. I would not book again for the price.
