Second time in Meteora, first in Kalambaka, if it will be a third time, for sure it will be Kastraki

A gorgeous place, Kastraki at night looks like something out of a fairy tale, and the house is right in the middle of the town. Equipped with everything you need, it's still a house, you can't ask for 5-star luxury, but it has a very fair price. We had a small problem, the owner came in 10 minutes from Kalambaka and it was solved!

The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed to relax after our long bus ride. The host was very good about communicating.

Best place in Greece for a quaint family holiday.

Perfect getaway from typical crowded tourist location (I’m writing this review after reaching Santorini and I’m missing Yiannis house already!)

No pizzas nearby. So you have to order online from E food apps. Although the food served at taverns is perfect but I had a 4 year child with me who wanted pizza!

location is in middle of village, next to taverner and view and access to the meteora features outside front door. the small garden is perfect for sit outside and shaded.

it is the road outside front door. so if not prepared for that it could be surprise.

Everywhere in the house and arround was brilliant clear and tidy. Very good location. Sometime there was a noice from passing cars, but not a big problem. Near to the all monastery and viewpoints (10-15 minutes by car).

Owner threatened police and baseless theft accusations - HORRID

See dislikes, quite shocked and in disbelief

Owner accused us of stealing the small TV (of course we didn't, what on Earth would we do with an old TV as tourists in rural Greece?) And then threatened to call the police to arrest us and prevent us from ever returning home to our country. All while cursing with f-bombs at us via the booking.com messages system. Quite shocked at this treatment and in disbelief this happened. See attached message logs as direct evidence of this...
