A 45 SQM 1 BR condo unit located at 18/F of Manhattan Parkview Tower 1, facing the pool and has an outstanding view of the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Our place is conveniently located near:
* EDSA and Aurora Blvd. - Metro Manila's main roads
* Public transportation-Bus terminals, MRT & LRT stations
* Gateway Mall, Farmers Plaza, Ali Mall & SM Mall,
Supermarkets (Shopwise, Farmer's Market, etc.), Smart Amanita Coliseum and Kia Theate, fast food chains, restaurants, coffee shops and bars
It’s a 1 bedroom condo unit with a queen bed and a full-double size pull-out bed which is great for a family of 3 or 4 who will love to sleep together during their stay. It has 2 full size bathroom, 1 is attached to the bedroom and the other is at the common area.
This is also great for couples, business travelers, solo adventurers and among others either on short-term (less than 28 days) or long-term basis (28 days or more).

Host was very responsive and it was evident that he wants the guest to be comfortable. Room was well provisioned and was freshly painted with new air-conditioning unit. Staff at reception and security were polite and helpful. Location was convenient and excellent.

Host was responsive and accommodating. Everything was as described. All provisions were adequate. Only downside was the Intercom which sometimes worked and sometimes didn't but I'm guessing it's more the Reception desk rather than the unit itself with the problem. Will book again when I return.

It was the center of shopping less than 1/2 mile from our local Family.
Travel to and from air port easy by taxi or Grab
We did side trips during are stay by Air to Boracay and Victory liner bus to Baguio much like airplane travel.

Ron the host was ok ,Aircon only in bedroom, black in grout on bathroom shower, needs to be steam cleaned.
Electric fan in kitchen area only.
I stayed 13 nights,reported no water in kitchen sink, upon leaving, still not repaired.
Had to use bathroom water to fill kettle,,yuck.
I previously stayed in better condos for cheaper rate,extremely disappointed.
