About this apartment rental
Our house is located only 200 meters from the dike and from the upper floor you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea! The bathing and surfing beach "Grüner Brink" is only 1 km away, there is an extra dog beach 800 m away. If you are looking for rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle in Burg, then you have come to the right place.
The 55 square meter apartment in the basement offers a large bedroom with 6 variably combinable single beds, a living / dining room with large dining table and 2 sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4-burner stove, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower and bath but is around the corner so you need to go down the hall. This is however not used by other guests! This apartment is ideal for groups or families with several children! You can use the large garden with the other guests, there are various areas to stay and seating available.
The house is located in a residential street, from the sea you are separated only by a field. Nevertheless, the island center castle is only 5 km away, where you can find all shops, u. a. find the marine center and the Galileo world of knowledge for the children. The Inselbäckerei Börke provides fresh bread to the front door, a small supermarket can be found at the campsite 200 meters away.
In the large garden, the children and / or dogs have plenty of space to play, the grounds are completely fenced. BBQ facilities are available. A beautiful children's playground is located directly on the beach "green Brink".
Highchairs and a travel cot are available on request. On the ground floor there is a large room where surf material can be stored and dried. You will also find a washer and dryer that can be used for a small fee.
Please note: You must bring your own bed linen and towels. In addition, the city of Fehmarn charges a spa tax, which we must collect from you prior to arrival and must pass on directly to the city of Fehmarn. This is per adult 1 € per night in low season and 2 € per night in high season (15. 05.-15. 09. 2019)

Waren mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene,2Kinder) dort. Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen,Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war bestens. Die Lage für Ausflüge und Strandbesuche perfekt. 100%Weiterempfehlung!

Die Küche war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und vom Sparschäler bis zum Fön war alles vorhanden. Gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.

Gute Lage, 4 Minuten Fußweg zum Hunde-Strand, ein paar Meter weiter liegt der Kite+Surfstrand. Haus (wir hatten die Souterrain Wohnung) sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden, Ausstattung (Geschirr etc.) gut und vorhanden, ebenso ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele.
Das Bad mit WC, Dusche und Wanne ist etwas eng geschnitten, aber für die Dauer des Aufenthalts geht das auch mal.
Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr freundlich, schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen.

Für uns vier - 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind u. 1 Hund war die Wohnung ganz ok. Mit 6 Personen völlig undenkbar.
Der Wasserkocher ist kaputt, die Kaffeemaschine defekt, die Messer schneiden bis auf 1 nicht. Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet, nur die Tür zum Bad mit Toilette läßt sich nicht schließen - führt aber zum allgemeinen Hausgang ! Der Teppichboden im Schlafraum riecht ausgesprochen unangenehm. Der hintere Fuss am Bett links im Schlafraum ist überhaupt nicht mehr angeschraubt. Der Thermostat im Schlafraum ist völlig kaputt, im Sommer braucht man ihn natürlich nicht !
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ganz gemütlich. Auch der Garten ist ein entspannender Aufenthaltsort. Die oben genannten Dinge wären allerdings für kommende Mieter wirklich zu verbessern !
