New Age Boardinghaus

Alles!

Nice and quiet, the balcony was large with seating (and extra cushions!) and overlooked at green area and trees. Excellent shower, spacious area overall, plenty of storage, nice sofa and comfortable bed. Despite the hassles (see next bit), it was an OK place to be.

The information about the lock box for the key, the place to dispose of rubbish and the laundry facilities was very poor; I had to keep messaging the property team, which just took up time and effort. Both the rubbish area and the key area were accessible from cross streets, why wasn't that made clear? I had to message the property to find out where the laundry facilities were, which were a main reason for booking the place. The WIFI for the TV wasn't connected and when I messaged the property about it, the response was 'it should be.' THAT was a big help. I had to message them again and then it did start working, but so much faffing around was required just to get some basics worked out. Finally, the amount of crockery and cutlery was pretty parsimonious. The only way to access the lift was to go up or down 2 or stairs, so the building design is a bit wanting. Also, the balcony linked to all the other balconies on that floor so I didn't feel that secure.

Nice place
