About this apartment rental
Lime is a spacious (65m2) luxury ground floor apartment located close to the town centre on the popular Han Inn complex. This attractive site of just 9 apartments has a stunning 185m2 shared pool set amongst mature gardens. This is one of the largest communal pools in Kalkan with easy access steps and both shallow and deep ends suitable for all ages. The Han Inn apartments are set away from the bustle of the town and often called the “Secret Garden”. Everything you could possibly want, from the baker in the morning, to the off license in the evening, is right on your doorstep.
Lime has easy access from the main gate of the Han Inn complex and is particularly suitable for older or less mobile guests. With a view directly over the pool and gardens, it is perfect for those who love to stroll out directly to the poolside. Inside the spacious open plan living area has sliding doors to three separate outside seating areas: the poolside, the private garden terrace and the shaded archway terrace. There is always sun and shade at every time of the day. On the private garden terrace you can relax on sofa seating under a large umbrella. On the poolside terrace, you can dine overlooking the pool or sunbathe on one of the sunbeds.
The brand new kitchen has been designed for entertaining, with a large breakfast bar from which to socialise and look out over the pool and gardens. The new kitchen also includes a coffee corner with Nespresso machine and complimentary water cooler.
Located to the rear of the apartment is a cool and calm double bedroom with comfy super king size bed. The bedroom has windows to the side gardens and door access to another rear terrace. Located of the small central hallway is the brand new shower bathroom. The bathroom features a luxury walk in shower with rain head as well as a separate laundry area.
Both the bedroom and living area have highly efficient air conditioning and all the doors and windows have fly screens

Very well equipped spacious apartment, easily sleeps 3 as very large comfortable L shape couch in lounge. 2 minutes walk to supermarket, plenty of outside space for loungers and choice of 3 sunny or shaded areas to relax in.

Lime apartment was exactly as described - no surprises for us as we know the exact location in Kalkan very well, the main reason for booking after our regular hotel decided not to open due to COVID.
The apartment itself had everything required, we loved having 2 outside seating areas which we used for breakfast or drinks.
Great pool area and very peaceful, and only a small handful of other people staying on the complex to share with.
Bridget was a great host, dealing with the 2 VERY minor issues we had over the 2 weeks incredibly promptly. Highly recommended.

Lime is a beautiful apartment in an idyllic location and the personal touches in the apartment make it feel like a real home. We will definitely be coming back.
