VILLA AMIATA - GROSSETO AREA
Recently restored stone farmhouse (about 180sqm) with private swimming pool and parking, located in the Monte Amiata region near the medieval villages of Montenero and Castel del Piano, and about 35 minutes away from the nice sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto.
Villa Amiata is surrounded by a beautiful garden with open panoramic views from the swimming pool (12m x 6m, 1.50m deep: opened from 12 April till 11 October) and various shaded areas, offering guests both comfort and privacy.
If required, a special dinner cooked by the owner can be pre-booked as well as tasting of the owner's wine. The owner also produces olive oil and guests will have the option of purchasing all these products.
Cottage: living-dining room, sofa, Satellite TV, equipped kitchenette (4 gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Moka, blender, mixer, Espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine). Two double bedrooms and one double/twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathroom with shower.
In front of the living room, there is also a covered patio with garden furniture.
Main House Ground floor: large living-dining room (where all the guests can eat together), sofas, TV. Covered patio with garden furniture and outdoor barbecue.
Main House First floor: equipped kitchenette (4 gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Moka, blender, mixer, Espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine), living-dining room with fireplace, sofas, one double bedroom, one double/twin bedroom, two triple bedrooms (double bed + 1 single bed), all with en-suite bathroom with shower.
