Modern oasis in quiet court a short walk from the very private Birdrock Beach
A low maintenance home, perfect for two families. Fully enclosed concealed back yard with large in-ground solar heated pool and areas for children to run and play.
Open plan sunken lounge with large TV, DVD player and Nintendo Switch and Wii with large bi-fold doors opening onto a generous covered deck with fans, fireplace, cafe blinds outdoor cafe heaters and enclosed BBQ area. A comfortable 10 seater outdoor table, lounge suite and occasional chairs also adorn the deck. There are also seats around an outdoor firepit overlooking the pool with beautiful lighting for those balmy summer evenings.
A kitchen overlooking the deck has granite benchtops, oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and also many small appliances such as coffee machine, slow cooker, rice cooker, mixers, blenders etc. Bench stools and a five seater table and chairs also in an open plan setting.

Second Bedroom with Queen bed and air conditioning.
Third bedroom with queen bed and air conditioning.
Forth bedroom has a double bed.
Bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity with a separate toilet and vanity.
This property has many other features including split system air conditioning, ducted heating, wood fires, washing machine and treadmill.
Mt Martha is a tranquil beachside village on the Mornington Peninsula. It is in close proximity to many wineries, Galleries, restaurants, beaches, a children’s playground is also 400m up the street.
Just a few minutes walk to the end of the street and either down steps (right - currently under rapair) or a steep bitumen path (left) takes you to a very tranquil BIRDROCK Beach, perfect for fishing, snorkelling, swimming and other water activities.
A lovely walk to the beautiful Mt Martha shops approximately 30mins (2.7km) or into Mornington 50mins (4.3kms). A path runs along the esplanade through the trees most of the way.
The property has several sets of stairs and is not particularly suited to the disabled.
No schoolies, bucks, hens or parties. No smoking inside
Pets can be accommodated on request.
All linen, towels and pool/ beach towels provided.

Our recent stay at birdrock oasis was amazing. Kids swam in the large pool the entire time, fished off the rocks down the end of the street and so many dining options just around the corner. We also had one colder day, so this was perfect for roasting marshmallows on the fire. There was so much to do in the home, and so close to everything. We will definitely be back. Janet and Adam also left a beautiful welcome basket.. Our 13 year old Labrador loved lounging on the deck. The outdoor set up was definitely a stand out, regardless of weather with all its amenities. It was a definite win for our 2 families catering for all ages groups.

Just as the name describes Birdrock Oasis
Is just that, we stayed for a little over two weeks and had such a lovely time, property was exactly as listed and exceeded our expectations a lovely neighbourhood with very friendly people, every thing we needed at our fingertips, we were left a lovely welcome gift, property is in a great location close to shops and beach. We had a great time we will be back
