Maison Balù Apartments

We, a family of 5, spent one week in August in the maison Balu. The appartment was on the ground floor of a holiday home surrounded by a splendid spacious garden of old olive trees overlooking the Lago di Garda. A nice swimming pool shared with other appartments is close by and allowed us to get some welcome refreshment. The appartment had space for all five of us. Rooms do not have airco, but were sufficiently cool in August due to their situation. Contact with the host has been simple and efficient. Key transfer without meeting each other has been fine. We communicated over WhatsApp and received quickly replies to our requests.

The appartment is properly equipped for a 1 week stay. More plugs for electrical appliances would be useful. The kitchen has the basic tools and allows to cook for a larger family.

The staff of the hotel is very helpful and reactive.

Door at the toilet/bathroom wasn't been possible close.

The facility has a lot of entertainment for adults and kids. The view of the apartment is fascinating including the sun set view. It is a vary quiet place and ready for the family to spend the best time. The apartment has an excellent panoramic view on Garda Lake. Thanks to Giorgia who made our stay unforgettable.

The internet signal was vary weak The way to the apartment requires some attention while driving and it is better to reach before sunset. There are some insects at night but did not bother us a lot. May need to note that the apartment has no AC.
