Quiet place. In the room you can find everything what you need.
In the apartment instead of beds were two uncomfortable hard sofas. To walk with small kids to the beach is a little bit too far.

Stinky fridge, no dishwasher to clean utensils, 2nd floor without elevator, poor water pressure from all outlets including bath cabin
