The location of the place and the affordability of the place. And Karen (the host) is very hospitable. We will certainly come back.

It was a short stay, and the East London Beaches were mostly closed during our stay 😢

Great position,amazing view and sounds of the ocean from the unit.

Stairs going up to the unit are dangerous if you dont have the right shoes and you are not fit and strong.A 2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom that has the toilet in it is not ideal.Theres a security gate on the front door but no burglar guards on the kitchen window next to the front door and the window does not lock properly and is easy to open.I noticed that the other units all had burglar guards on that window so that made my wife feel uncomfortable at night when sleeping and leaving valuables in the unit during the day when we went out.

The place was superb quite location sea view and we enjoy the board walk.Karen was an amazing host who help when we needed something.We will definitely book Coogee bay again.

Our room they have everthing ww neede ,the balcony and the room smelled nice ,bed was comfortable

The building is very grubby, the double bed is very small, the cupboards are smelly, the curtains are thin and white so the bright lights from the street made it impossible to sleep.
