Praktische Einrichtung, sehr sauber, alles Nötige war vorhanden (viele Hand-/Badetücher, Müllsäcke, Toilettenpapier, Spülschwämme), Rolläden zu Verdunklung, großzügiger Balkon, ruhige Lage, perfekte Strandnähe, sehr freundliche Gastgeberinnen.
Aufgrund der Raumaufteilung gab es keine Wohnstube, dadurch auch kein Sofa. Das hat uns doch ein wenig gefehlt. (Wussten wir aber aufgrund der Fotos schon vorher.)

The apartment was very clean and tidy. All the essentials were provided, by which I mean cookwear and utensils, even a coffemaker and soap as well as dishsoap!
Oh and toiletpaper as well.
When we were in need of new towels or tp, we could just ask and it was provided.
The checkin and checkout experience was also seamless.
I would recommend to bring a sleeping mask though, as we slept with open windows to cool down the room and somewhere outside is a pesky light that burns the entire night.
Just the light outside, but that is not under the influence of the owner.
Oh the table could have been slightly bigger, but I understand the limitations of the small space.

Tisztaság, jó elhelyezkedés, közel a sétány, mégis nyugodt esti hangulat. Kutyabarát hely, illetve a kutyás strand sincs túl messze, kb 10 perc gyalog. Az apartmannak hangulatos erkélye volt, redőnyök minden szobában, légkondi.
Talán az egyetlen apró negatívum a mosógép hiánya.

The apartment was in a quiet location within a 10 minutes walk from the beach. It had enough kitchenware, the air condition worked properly. We were very happy there, there was nothing to complain about. Baska's waterfront is great - the main beach is clean, the sea is good for kids as well as for swimmers, paddleboarders, etc. and one can also enjoy evening walks on the promenade.
Keep in mind that the payment is not direct via booking.com. Partial payment has to be done by the bank transfer in advance, the rest is paid in a travel agency at a place. It worked well, one just has to realize the procedure.
