About this house rental
Welcome to Seaside Memories, a gorgeous single-family home that was thoughtfully renovated to a high standard in 2025 with great attention to detail. Located in the most desirable residential areas of Northwest Bradenton, approx. 2,800 SF offer everything your heart desires: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large gaming room, 2 living rooms, a well equipped kitchen, an adjoining dining room, plenty of beach equipment, as well as numerous other details which make this house something very special.
The large, open and very cozy living area invites you to spend time together with the family, or to watch a movie. A second, separate living room offers the perfect space to disconnect from everyone else and maybe finish that book you maybe have not yet been able to finish or read your favorite book once more.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you need to prepare anything from an all American breakfast, a few sandwiches for the beach, a frozen drink, two or three for cocktail hour or even a multi-course dinner for your loved ones.
The dining room and the spacious kitchen counter offer enough space for the whole family.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and oversized walk-in closet. The large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and two sink vanity is ideal to freshen up for an evening out, or finally taking a relaxing and quiet bubble bath in the large soaking tub.
Two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the home are each furnished with queen-size beds and share a hallway bathroom with walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom has a large foldaway bed, or can be used as an office. Don't forget to limit your work hours, as you are hopefully visiting for vacation and not work.
Of course, all necessary bed linens as well bath and beach towels are made available during your stay.
The oversized, private heated pool will make all children's hearts beat faster as they swimming and playing most all day , and sunbathers who want to take in the Florida sun can immediately make themselves comfortable on one of the many sun loungers. No need to worry if you prefer the shade and an alcoholic beverage, we have you covered. Sit back and relax in the covered and cozy lounge area on the terrace and when night falls, light the fireplace in the middle of the lounge table and enjoy the ambient landscape lighting.
For our grill masters, the large gas barbecue is ready for you on the patio. Prepare and enjoy the catch of the day, ribs and steaks outside. Of course, there is also a large dining table with plenty of chairs.
This means you can spend many hours surrounded by nature without even having to set foot outside this beautiful home.
Last but not least, the brand new and air conditioned gaming room is another highlight of the home. Play a round or two of table tennis. Challenge your friends to a game of billiard. If you just want to relax after a long day of kayaking, swimming in the golf course or hiking in the Robinson Preserve, fall back into one of the movie theater style seats, place popcorn in one cupholder, sweets in the other, and enjoy your favorite movie on the very large smart TV.
Just a few minutes from your vacation home, you will find numerous shopping opportunities, excellent restaurants and some nightlife in the center of Bradenton, which is known for its thriving art and culture scene.

We had a great stay in this spacious home. The layout is excellent for a family traveling with older children. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the property was generally well stocked. The property manager was very responsive about a couple of minor issues and the neighborhood is lovely (and very quiet). Here are a few suggestions that could make this home even more comfortable:String lights in the patio areaFour lounge chairs and four reclining chairs in the game room (house has three of each currently which meant our family of 4 always had an odd person out)Tupperware or at least ziplocks for leftovers

Awesome for our purpose. Gorgeous master bedroom. Pool is legitimate. Laundry great. Arcade space in garage was genuine. Big space. Could use an additional restroom, but that didn’t hold us back. All around, was a perfect venue.

Overall, the property is very appealing. I would most definitely come back and if you ever get the chance to book a stay within this residence, I promise you will not regret it. It is very appealing very clean management teams are easy to communicate with although I will say they did give us notification that an air-conditioning tech would be entering the premises while we were there which we did not care for, but in addition to that, there were other service technicians that stopped by and we were unaware that they were stopping by that was the only downside outside of that everything else was great.

great location of the house, not fare away from shopping, beaches etc.
House rather old, inside nicely freshened up!
Pool and garden rather loveless, broken deck chairs were replaced by old chairs, no nice plants, etc.
Air conditioner of the neighbor makes a huge noise and is just next to the master bedroom and the pool area
