This beautiful Villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home is truly your home away from home. This brand-new villa is in the new Casita's at Sienna Hills Community near Zion and St. George, Utah. Enjoy two open great rooms that are perfect for entertaining while cooking with friends and family. There is plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat screens to enjoy movies or the big game.
There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. The pool also features a lap pool for those wanting to swim laps. Walking trails and parks nearby. These are all within walking distance from the home.
This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, teapot, crockpot, blender, pancake grill, waffle maker, popcorn popper, toaster, spices, and a mixing bowls to enjoy baking.
The dining table will seat 8 with an additional 3 bar stools at the bar.
The living room has two comfortable couches, a chair, a DVD player and a large flat-screen TV. Also, a small kid's playroom on the main level under the stairs featuring a kid couch, chair, books, and toys. You will also enjoy the large back patio with beautiful views. The patio has a BBQ, Table and four chairs to enjoy the warm desert breeze.

The main level master suite features a king-size bed, dresser, chair, ottoman, nightstand, lamp, and cube charger. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a 50 in flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a hairdryer, and a walk-in shower. It also features a large walk-in closet that has a pack and play, high chair, luggage rack, and extra blankets.
The second master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen, end tables, lamp, clock charging cube, ottoman and a luggage rack.
The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo and a hairdryer.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! It is one of the best stocked homes we've ever stayed in, making cooking dinner, playing around, and simply relaxing all so easy to do. We loved the extras that this home provided: lots of games, puzzles, and books! My youngest girls enjoyed the hidden toy room under the stairs and my older boys enjoyed the games in the garage. The pool had a lap lane which was fantastic for my swimmers, and we so happy that it was heated despite the winter season. We would happily stay here again!

Probably one of the best properties we have stayed at for our annual golf trip. The unit had a bed/bathroom for everyone (4 people) and every amenity you could ask for. Lots of lounging space with 2 TV areas. The pics and description are extremely accurate. Communication with the host was 10/10 with very little delay in replies. Check in and check out were straight forward and communicated well.
