1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building.
2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property.

Condo is a corner unit and has a balcony with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. It was comfortable and clean. Just a walk along the beach to restaurants and fun outdoor beach tiki bars.

The reason I gave this an okay rating, was simply, the condo left a lot to be desired. Everything was as advertised, but the fact that the bed was no bigger than a full, the air conditioner did not cool the bedroom one bit, the ceiling fan didn’t help much if at all, the place smelled musty and like it had been closed up for quite some time, and the roof of the patio leaked a lot when it rained. It was a cute little place, and the view could not be beat. The people we corresponded with were very quick to answer and very helpful, place is affordably priced and the location is perfect. I am not upset one bit about it, just wanted to leave an honest review for people that might be thinking about staying here.
