About this villa rental
Offering a wonderful sense of privacy, this sunny 3-bedroom single floor villa comes with a glittering 10x5 heated pool, outdoor dining areas, and endless views over Calpe’s rock, mountain and seas beyond.
All rooms have air-conditioning, and guests have plenty of contemporary comforts including WiFi, satellite TV, and a full equipped kitchen.
As for the location? Your villa is located in “Gran Sol” urbanization, very aptly named due to its perfect orientation to the sun all day long.You're just 5-minute drive from the coast and sandy Fustera cove, while local restaurants, shops, and the golden shores of Calp’es Fossa Beach and Arenal Beach are less than 10 mn drive.
The Indoor Space: Unwind together in a Mediterranean and light-filled living space, furnished with a plush couch with chaise longue and TV with satellite. Enjoy a quiet day watching favorite shows, or hook up to the WiFi and plan day trips in the local area.
The living room opens out to the terrace. Soak up views of the glittering Mediterranean from the comfort of your covered terrace, looking directly to Calpe’s Rock. A garden dining set and chairs make this a fabulous spot for enjoying breakfast and planning a day of coastal adventures.
When you're ready to snooze, all 3 bedrooms offer a large comfortable bed.
The villa comes with 2 full bathrooms, one with shower, the other one with bathtub.
The Outdoor Space: A sun-drenched pool area offers a fabulous spot to unwind, with gorgeous views over the Peñon. The pool itself isheated so you can enjoy a dip even in cooler temperatures.
There's plenty of space to relax between comfy lounge chairs and a patio with an outdoor dining table or sizzle up dinner on the BBQ and enjoy dinner alfresco as the stars come out.
Guests also have parking space for two cars outside the villa.
The Surrounding Area:Hop in the car and head 10 minutes to Calpe town centre. Explore its excellent shopping district, and be sure to wander the fascinating walled old town, defined by its historic Spanish architecture - including a beautiful 15th-century church.
If you're bringing the kids, treat them to a day out at a local theme park. Hurtle down heart-thumping roller coasters at the sprawling theme park of Terra Mitica, or tear down epic water rides at Aqualandia - one of the biggest water parks in Europe. The booking process and extended communications (due covid) with Christophe were excellent and have no reservation in recommending the company to book a Villa
The property description has references to this being a luxury Villa. It isn’t. Whilst clean and with a view to die for, it’s interior is very dated and in need of a complete refurbish.
We stayed for 4 weeks. Sept 2021
On arrival, we were quite disappointed. There had been a water leak in the previous weeks and the property smelt very damp. We then found that there was no hot water to half the property, and that the pool wasn’t useable due to a pump failure (transpires this was a known issue). The WiFi had been replaced but the codes had not been updated. There was no welcome info pack and no instructions for any of the appliances. There were no bbq gas bottle or bbq tools. The was no iron and the ironing board cover was beyond disgusting. The tv system didn’t work. Lots of mould in the bathrooms.
The list goes on, but you will hopefully get the picture. Why none of these issues were found prior to our arrival is a mystery and whether this is typical I can’t say
One positive point is that the property manager (Maria) was excellent and had all our issues fixed within a day or so.
The Villa is located in a large urbanisation, and whilst it is possible to walk to the nearest beach, it isn’t a pleasant walk. A car is definitely required and note that parking at the Villa is limited to 2 small cars with little or no parking outside the Villa.

Our family of five adults spent a week here in September. The villa is even better than described. It feels like we stayed in someone's family home. Very well equipped with everything of a very high standard. Beds are comfortable. Air con efficient and not too noisy. Numerous outside sitting areas. Very high quality and comfortable furniture especially the outside furniture. Great pool and views. Very private and not overlooked.
Excellent advice and contact from Christophe and Maria before and during our stay. Cafe Cometa is just down the road and serves a delicious paella.

The villa was as described, very nice spot with great sea views. Nice outside sitting areas for the day and evening. Lovely pool, despite no steps down to the shallow end, it seems these were waiting to be repaired. Quality of equipment was very good.
The agent Maria was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, we had a slight water leak in the main bathroom, and it was dealt with very speedily by Maria, and fixed the following day.
I would certainly recommend this villa, and will know doubt be visitin here again. Overall a very relaxing and lovely holiday.
