New and lovely penthouse with double exposure, 1 double bedroom with balcony and view on the mountain, 1 bathroom, living room with kitchenette, comfortable double sofa bed and panoramic terrace overlooking the mountain and the sea of the beautiful Gulf of Asinara (the island of Asinara is part of the National park, a protected marine area). Located a few steps from the marina it's perfect for those who own boats, for fishing enthusiasts or for those who love sailing, a few steps from the Marina beach and the town center (400 meters) and not far from the beautiful beach of Lu Bagnu (950 mt)...
It is also 60 km from the international airport of Alghero, 30 km from Porto Torres (ferry connections with Civitavecchia, Genoa, Barcelona, Toulon, Marseille, Corsica), 70 km from the port of Santa Teresa di Gallura (connections in ship to Corsica) and 94 km from Olbia (international connections at the airport and by boat with Civitavecchia, Livorno, Genoa, Nice, Corsica).
