It's one of the newest places in Campina and overall it's a decent stay.
Room was small with no window (just a rooftop). The staff was pretty unintetested in the wellbeing of the guests (they gave us a room where the heater was not turned on which was freezing cold and they told us we should have been the ones to open the heater after check-in).
Some rooms are better than others, it's important to know what you are paying for.

I liked the stuff and food. The room was clean.
Duriny my stat (4 nights) they had rennovations (probably under my room) and the noise didn’t stop after 10pm. It was close to 11 and I still heard strong sounds from underneath.

The food from the restaurant was particularly good.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room is on top of the party area and in both nights' past midnight, the music was so loud, the bed vibrated from the sound. There were construction sounds coming from the neighbouring rooms up until 23:00.
