Loved the apartment and location.

It would be helpful if there was some1 more fluent in speaking english. No access to the pool area.

The location is absolutely fantastic—right on the edge of the sea—and the terrace is a real highlight. The apartment is also very bright, which makes it feel pleasant and airy overall.

However, there are several areas that need improvement. The apartment has an old finish and feels outdated. Cleanliness is not at the expected level, and there is no vacuum cleaner available. The kitchen is totally empty, so you need to buy everything yourself—basic items like salt, sugar, coffee, oil, garbage bags, and even dishwashing supplies are not provided. There are no kitchen towels, and only two rolls of toilet paper are given. You should expect a completely empty kitchen. There is a coffee machine, so make sure you get the right capsules for it. Some appliances are either old or not working properly (the microwave is outdated, there is no kettle, and the toaster doesn’t work), and the TV is too small. There are also some practical inconveniences: the internet router is unplugged when you arrive, so you have to set it up yourself. There are no sun loungers at the pool, so if you want to use it, you need to bring your own towel or sheet and sit on the ground—I would not recommend the pool. The second bed is uncomfortable, and you should check that bed sheets are provided—we had to ask for them and they were brought later. Bath towels could be better, and there is very low water pressure in the bathroom. Communication could be improved—you need to follow up regarding the shuttle. Additionally, a €300 warranty deposit is required and is returned after 7 days.

The apparrment is spacious and bright. Very clean and comforrable.

The kitchen tools are very minimalistic like in most appartments nowadays. Would be nice to have for instance more than one tiny cutting board.

Für drei Wochen ein Handtuch pro Person hat uns schöne Erlebnisse im Einzelhandel beschert. Wir mussten Handtücher und Geschirrtücher besorgen. Einen Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, denn laut einweisender fremder männlicher Person gibt es zu dieser Wohnung keinen. Der von ihm versprochene wöchentliche Handtuch Wesel hat nicht stattgefunden. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution kam nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage zu spät zurück.

Die fantastische Lage wurde dadurch getrübt dass es keinerlei Beschattung auf der Terrasse gab. Nur ein leerer Sonnenschirm Ständer. Pfannen nicht nutzbar weil verbogen. Sehr schlechter Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Küche.
