Welcome!! Come and enjoy the tranquility and privilege of the area that you will experience in this property located in the main port of Empuriabrava where the most luxurious and beautiful boats in the area are located. On the one hand, the property is facing the sea to enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and the sunny terrace admiring the views of the beautiful and quiet port "Caballito de Mar". On the other hand, the rooms have a lucky view over the main port. We like to take advantage of this provision and open windows on both sides of the apartment so that the sea breeze enters and refreshes us on those hottest days. The apartments have T. V with "SAT ASTRA" (Spanish, German, French) and free "WIFI" service to make the most of your vacation. Right in front of the property and surroundings there is a lot of free public parking to park the car.
Magnificent location: really privileged since without losing privacy or tranquility they are located a short distance from the beach, the center, the supermarket, and just 1 minute walk from the Nautical Club area where you can find a variety of services and premises with sunny terraces To fully enjoy your vacation.
Come and spend a few days surrounded by water to have an authentic marine experience!

Cozy apartment for 2 people completely inspired by the interior of an authentic wooden boat. It has an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, living room and a magnificent terrace. Ideal to enjoy views over the canal without having to climb floors.
Have the experience of living like a real captain !!

Wir waren für eine Woche dort und dafür war das schnucklige Appartement genau richtig. Es war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt (Geschirr, Gläser etc. sind ausreichend) . Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln hätte ist, dass kein Grill da war, aber man kann sich durchaus anders verpflegen. Direkt um die Ecke ist sogar ein kleiner Bäcker.
Ansonsten ist die Buchung über Fewo-direkt super einfach und man bekommt alle Infos die man benötigt.
Ich bin rundum sehr zufrieden und werde auf jeden fall wieder buchen!

Es ist ein sehr schöner ort mit den kanälen schöner strand gutem essen .wirklich ein venedig in spanien mit vielen jachten zum bestaunen .

In Kurzform: Die kleine Wohnung ist ein Traum :)
In Langform: Eine sehr geschmackvolle und thematisch maritime Ausstattung gibt Bootsgefühl auf trockenem Land und eine schöne Aussicht auf die Marina.
Gut gefallen haben uns auch die vielen Schränke (Stauraum), die guten festen Matratzen und die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung durch Lüften relativ kühl zu halten.
Wünschenswert aus unserer Sicht wären gewesen: Ein Kühlfach mit höherer Leistung, Liegestühle oder Fußhocker zur Ergänzung der Veranda oder des Balkons und eine etwas stabilere Waschbecken-Armatur im Bad.
Begeistert waren wir von der freundlichen und unkomplizierten Begrüßung und der Betreuung vor Ort durch die Vermieter. So wurde eine von uns am Samstag gemeldete Störung des Internets schnellstmöglich am Montagmorgen behoben.
Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Tipp für alle Auto-Anreisenden: Auch in der Hauptsaison lässt sich innerhalb von etwa fünf Minuten Fußweg immer ein Parkplatz finden.
