“A distinguished Luxury Villa in a strategic location, with a breathtaking view of the old harbor in Spetses, the most picturesque and traditional part of the island.
With stone imposing fence walls, a pebbled entrance that guides to the beautiful garden and the swimming pool, the house stands out, like a lighthouse, right on top of a small hill, overlooking the Saronic Sea.
Our villa is located at the heart of the old harbor, on a small ridge, a few meters from the sea and just in front of the traditional “Karnagia” where the old ship builders built their classics fishing boats. At the heart of the social life of the island, next to the top clubs and restaurants, the villa’s optimal location is ideal for going out without having to use any transportation.
The villa is just 8 minutes’ walk to two beaches, 12 min to an organized one, and 15 min to “Dapia”, the center of the island.
The house architecture follows the Neoclassical/Venetian style of the old harbor with a special focus on the interior decoration that has been done with the taste and personal collection of the owner.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette belle maison très agréable à vivre, très propre (merci à Maria qui venait tous les jours faire le ménage), avec tout le confort, la terrasse avec vue sur la port est magique, la piscine très agréable et l'emplacement exceptionnel dans le vieux port. Constantine est très réactif dans les échanges par mail, il nous a aidé à organiser notre arrivée en taxi jusqu'à la maison et a toujours été très attentif à nos besoins, notre accueil a été parfait. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Constantine et je reviendrai chez lui sans hésiter si nous retournons à Spetses ! Merci Constantine !
