Excellent communication for checking in and out. The place was really nice and clean. Had everything that one would need. Went to a Panther's game one night and other nights walking the city. Would totally come back!

Great location for getting around the city. It was nice having parking. The floor plan of the condos is very confusing. It wasn't until the last day that I figured out which door to use from the parking lot. Considering the number of condos in the complex it was very quiet. The blinds on the door in the living room were broken so you could never completely close them. The carpet in the bedroom was stained. We only received 1 washcloth which I thought was strange. After I did laundry on my final day I found more in the dryer along with towels and sheets. The kitchen seemed to have everything needed. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm ever in Charlotte.

Parking garage opener didn’t work. Minimal utensils. Host was some kind of corporation.
