Limited public transport so need to rely on Lyft or Uber. There is Sunrail station close by which can take you, Monday - Friday ,as far as Sanford.
It is great for visiting Winter Park. You can also explore Sanford using a free trolley bus. Please note service is normally once per hour, it does not run late and not operational at the weekends or public holidays.
On arrival guard will need the Community paperwork that was e mailed to you. You also need to register at Clubhouse to receive your gate pass.
Guests can access all areas of the home including the garage which has been converted to a Games Room
Smoking is not allowed inside the home but you can smoke on the pool deck as long as all debris is disposed of with care.
Cars should not be parked on grass or in way that the sidewalk is blocked.
Please note this is a self catering stay. We only supply a few starter items till you make your first visit to the grocery store.Additional charges
Pool heat: $30 per day, minimum of 3 days.
Gas grill rental: $75 per week
🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome your furry friends!
House-trained dogs only. Max of 2 dogs. $25 per pet, per stay.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture nor beds. If left alone, must be crated.
Must take pets outside on leash to relieve itself on grass.
Solid waste should be picked up each time and placed in outside cans.
Violation of these conditions could result in us charging an excess cleaning fees or damages.

Host so responsive, house very well insulated, couldn't hear people upstairs at all. Could use a couple fixes with master shower and water leaking out onto floor and master toilet needs to be secured to floor better. The resort has so much to offer and so close! Highly recommend!

The layout of the house was perfect to accommodate our family. Really enjoyed the large lanai, the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed overlooking the pond and walking around the pond on the walkway. Was close to the resorts pool, bar and playground. Would definitely stay again!

The house is in a nice neighborhood. It looks nice from the outside. All hard surfaces and bathrooms were clean. Back patio area/pool was nice. Main floor bed was comfortable.
Light colored carpets were dirty throughout the house.
Upstairs beds all super basic, moderately comfortable.
Most of the pillows were literally an inch thick.
We found 1 bathroom washcloth. Had to buy some at Walmart.
Fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms is super loud when it’s on.
One of the patio lights/fan doesn’t work.
Absolutely NO spices, oils, coffee filters, or any other item you usually find in VRBOs. You will have to go to grocery store and stock the home.
Lastly the main A/C unit wasn’t working. It was 81 degrees in the main level. Called property manager and he sent someone over to look at it. 2 hours later still hadn’t heard if it could be fixed. We called manager back and he just said it wasn’t going to be fixed. I asked how he wanted to handle it and he gave us the option to move to a different property but when we looked at the property it wasn’t on the lake (which is the reason we booked the house in the first place). I emailed the property manager back and asked about a discount instead and he didn’t respond. The next day I text him twice and never received a response. Very poor customer service.
The whole experience was not what we expected out of VRBOs. We have rented VRBOs many time in and out of the US and this was our worst experience. Corporate rental!
