Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the lake from the front porch or large picture window. Take in nature: the running deer, the soaring eagles via the nature trails in the beautiful forest like environment which is perfect for pitching a hammock, hiking, and scenic walks all along the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. The stairs to Lovely Lake Michigan have been replaced!!
The charming Cape Cod home offers 2700 square feet of living. The home offers an upstairs private master suite (with queen size bed) top of the line linen sheets, private master bath, reading nook, gas fire place, walk in closet , towel warmer, and stunning views of lake Michigan.
Spacious main floor living room with bay window features view of Lake Michigan. Kitchen is stocked with all of the needed essentials to cook, bake or grill. Sliders leading to a two tier deck with patio and picnic table and quiet large backyard for loads of outdoor fun and games; not to mention a hot tub to relax and unwind. The main floor also features 3 bedrooms- each with a special theme of their own. The queens’ beach front bedroom has a queen size bed, spacious closet, and beautiful decor. The patriotic ship room has a spacious closet, tons of extra blankets and pillows, 2 twin memory foam beds, plenty of lighting with reading chair and ottoman.
"Fun with floral" has two twin beds, with new comfortable mattresses, books for young readers, board games and extra linens.
The lower level hosts a second kitchen, dining area, bathroom with heat lamp, laundry room and a second living room, and a pull out sleeper sofa.
This Cute Cape Cod has 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 baths. Home sleeps 10 with 2 pull out cots.

Everything about this rental was 5 stars. The cleanliness of the home and property and the wonderful small touches all throughout the house. We loved the short walk to the beach with our dog so she could swim in the lake and we could watch the sunsets. We enjoyed using the hot tub each night as the temperature was cooler mid October. Valerie communicated with us to make sure everything we needed was available. Would love to come back with more family in the future.

This home is deceivingly spacious and overall fantastic! The bedroom and rangement was great. The back patio and hot tub were perfect. And the proximity to the beach was amazing! We ran out of toilet paper and someone showed at our door with more in like 20 minutes! We did bring our own coffee and were glad we did as they don’t stock that. But if you don’t, Aldi is less than 5 minutes up the road!

Our family if 5 older adults and 2 pups had a fantastic stay at Sean and Valerie’s home. Everything was exactly as described, every detail thought through, clean and neat as a pin. I was especially impressed by the supply of beach equipment, games, cart, toys, etc… all carefully chosen to transport easily down to the beach. The beach was relatively quiet (compared to the packed main public area), clean and beautiful….a haven for dogs and their people. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets from the boardwalk overlooking the lake, and yes we even saw deer. The free shuttle downtown and to Pere Marquette Beach made it was so easy to get around Muskegon. Valerie checked in on us to ensure all was well and was very accommodating on any request. This was our family’s first time vacationing on Lake Michigan, and we all agreed we’d be back next year. Thank you so much Valerie and Sean.

Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed the hot tub and the short distance to the beach was a huge plus. My family and I would definitely rent this home again. Great memories were made.
