About this cabin rental
Nestled in the tall pines of the Adirondack, this cabin sits on a large parcel and offers privacy along with the warmth of an all pine interior with old style wide plank floors, exposed beams with hand scraped logs serving as the balcony rails. This 1600 sf cabin has a queen size bed downstairs and offers a loft area with 3 queens and a desk area. The screened in porch provides additional dining and sitting area and access to the rear deck with BBQ grilles and outdoor shower. Outside also has a nice fire pit to enjoy the cool nights in the mountains. Close by you have Lake George about 13 minutes away, Gore Mountain about 20 minutes away, plenty of hiking trails in Crane Mountain 10 minutes away. Like tubing or kayaking as the Hudson River is only 3 miles away along with many other water and activities within a short drive. Like shopping, the Designer Outlets, well just south of Lake George on Rt 9, you have your choice of over 50 outlet stores all in one area.

It is clear that the owners have a great deal of love and pride for this property. There is so much attention to detail. Very charming and rustic. More spacious than the pictures can show. Reasonable distance to the lake was great for our boating trip and then dinner near the village. There were 6 of us - we all loved it and would definitely come back again!

Great place for a quiet romantic getaway. It had everything you needed for a long weekend away.We even drank some Bear Naked Beers from Adirondack Brewery while we were there. It seemed appropriate since the theme of the house is bears.
