Luxury Downstairs 1200 sq. ft under roof fully furnished and fully screened apartment with private off street parking in secure gated community. 1200 gallon water tank and 12 KW electric generator. New washer and dryer upstairs in garage. Full kitchen.
Fine resort living in Panama’s finest resort development. For up to 3 adults. Cot available.
Overlooks the 8th hole on the golf course with whitewater views and sounds from creek below. Fruit trees and birds. 30 minute walk to town. 10 minute walk to Valle Escondido Resort facilities.
40 to 60 psi water pressure. 1250 gallon water storage tank. 32 gal Tank hot water.
Washer/dryer upstairs in garage. No water problems. Uncovered parking space for car or pickup.
Owner lives upstairs on premises. Additional $300 security deposit for small quiet dog, absolutely no cats.
Light Housekeeping once a week and gardener once a week included. Garbage pick up Tuesdays and Fridays from container outside of upstairs garage.

The apartment overlooks a treed valley with a stream at the bottom, supplying great views and the pleasant sounds of the water and a variety of birds. A balcony (with table and chairs) stretching the length of the apartment provides the opportunity to be in the midst of that flora and fauna. The living room/dining room area is furnished with functional and comfortable furniture. There is a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom's two double beds are firm and comfortable. In the bathroom the shower, sink, and toilet work well. The washer and dryer are in a garage. (Drying time on the the dryer takes two-plus hours per small load, plus hanging up the clothes for further drying.) Other than the long drying time, we loved the apartment.

Excellent location to reach downtown and inside a nice, gated community with substantial single family homes. Basement unit of single family home but doesn’t have the feel as patio is elevated with great view. Cool breeze in the valley. A little challenging when we arrived at dark but we alerted owner in advance and we were met and escorted through the gate to reach unit.

This apartment is in a great location of Valle Escondido. It was absolutely lovely! The terrace is outstanding! Ive left a coathanger wrapped around the railing of the terrace to slide a banana in to feed the birds . We had many tropical birds every day! We also had a Coatimundi, and Agouti visit. The kitchen is fully equiped , excellent hot water, large closets with coathangers. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!
