This is an ideal Rental if you are a keen golfer or just want to relax on Florida's white sandy beaches.
This tastefully furnished home has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 baths, an over-sized 1 car garage, fully stocked kitchen, living room, Florida room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining room with a large picture window that overlooks the pool and river, and a large private pool and deck that you can fish from.
(No swimming in the river, PLEASE! MUCH WILDLIFE!). It is not uncommon to spot majestic Manatees and Dolphins in the river. Enjoy bird watching? This would be the place to stay, as many exotic birds can be spotted from the backyard.
The house is fully equipped with everything that you would have at home, all you need to do is bring your toothbrush! You can relax with a cold beverage by the pool and enjoy all the comforts this waterfront vacation home has to offer in a resort-like setting. One king-size and four single beds comprise the sleeping accommodations. Four Roku Smart TVs are situated throughout the house for you to enjoy. My family and I (myself, spouse and 2 teenage sons), had a relaxing time hanging out by the pool, going kayaking and playing games. It was also a very centrally located area nit too far from nearby attractions like Tampa, Tarpon Springs and Clearwater.

The property was perfect for our family, the management was very friendly and helpful. We had a slight hiccup and she was very nice, responsive, and understanding. Would definitely recommend!

This house was everything advertised and more! Check in was a breeze, the location was excellent! It was perfect for our family of 6. This house literally has everything you could ask for and more! Will definitely be booking again in the future.

My family and I had an amazing time at this home. The pool was great for the kids, and my fiance enjoyed fishing right off the deck. The deck is so roomy for entertaining, and we had family that lives in the area come over for a fun pool day. The grill was ready to go and cooking utensils provided. We actually packed pool toys but did not need to as this home has EVERYTHING you could need. Shampoo, conditioner, towels, cooking utensils, bikes, kayaks, pool toys, extra blankets, a closet full of games for the kids, several tvs.... I mean EVERYTHING! We also took a couple extra kayaks because we thought they only had 2, but they had 4! Check in was a breeze and the property managed responded promptly to all communications. We will definitely be staying here again.
