About this apartment rental
This apartment offers a gorgeous, light-filled and well designed space located just steps from Central Park. The unit sleeps 4 guests. The apartment features two Queen size beds, private kitchen and bath.
We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and one towel per person upon arrival.
The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. WiFi, and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There are three flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.
Street parking close to building.
Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM
Departure is prior to 10AM.
This is a walkup building and we have no elevator.

Thank you for the stay. The accommodations met our expectations, and we were satisfied with the comfort of the beds. However, the seating could be more comfortable, but this did not affect our overall satisfaction. I would consider staying here again.

Property very fair and nice, principals easy to communicate with, very accurate and always on time in case of any request. Location very strategic, just few steps out of the subway
