Unique cottage - in communion with nature

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan family room connected to the living room. Large window sections make it feel as if you are in harmony with nature. Dark floors and ceilings provide a very special experience of nature all year round.

Outside there is parking for 3-4 cars as well as a large terrace with garden furniture and gas grill.

In one bedroom there is a double bed and access to the large bathroom with toilet and large shower cubicle.
In the other bedroom there are 2 bunk beds in one room and 1 double bed in the other. We use one of the rooms as a children's room so there is floor space and toys. Access to the second bathroom with toilet and shower from the hallway.

Dining table for 10 people overlooking the garden. The living room is furnished with sofa, armchair and pouf as well as TV with the possibility to stream to apple TV.
Garden furniture and barbecue available during the summer months.

There are tiles around the house with a large terrace to both east and south, as well as a nice lawn and campfire that can also be used. The house is low energy, well insulated and has underfloor heating in all rooms, so the house is suitable for use all year round. The house is equipped with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a drying rack for the towels after a trip in the fjord. There is service for 12 people and all necessary kitchen utensils. Fridge and freezer. Duvets, pillows, sheets, bed linen and towels are ready on the beds when you arrive.

As we also use the cottage ourselves, children and child souls, toys and books are available, as well as board games and puzzles.

The area invites you for pleasant walks and only a few hundred meters to the fjord. From Easter to autumn holidays there is a bathing bridge set up by the fjord, so you can easily have a dip. There are large green areas that can be used for play and fun.

If you want to explore other areas there is a 20-25 min drive to Roskilde, where you can among other things experience the beautiful Cathedral or visit the Viking Ship Museum.
To Copenhagen there are approx. 45 min drive where there are experiences for the whole family, visit Tivoli, Zoo, take a walk on the alley, the planetarium, the blue planet, shopping centers and much more.

There is a 10 min drive to Skibby or Church Hyllinge where there are good shopping opportunities, among other things. Net, Menu, Aldi, bakery and more food places. 10 minutes walk from the cottage you will also find Gershøj inn and harbor.
