Rooms , location.
Parking. Had 2 cars with 2 families yet 1 parking space. I had to pay extra 2 blocks down!

Right on the beach, comfortable beds and lots of space.
The fridge needs updating. It freezes things on the fridge side.

Love the location, the comfort of the beds, the use of the washer/dryer. It was beautifully decorated with even better views from the balcony. We loved the use of the door code rather than using keys. It was a great stay!
The sliding doors and closet doors need maintenance as many were off the tracks or did not open easily. They also did not lock. The dishwasher did not work overly well. The front door handle needs repair as it was wiggly.
