Facilities are great. Staff were excellent, attentive and quick to respond anytime we needed them. Great to see all the facilities and plant life recovering after last years hurricane damage.
As always, fabulous breathtaking sunsets enjoyed every night. The whole Florida vibe was fantastic.
We were disappointed that the whirlpool was out of order during the last week of our stay though. We also had of jbl speaker stolen at the pool, but that was not the property’s fault. Other guests were letting their kids be loud and unsupervised in the pool ares, lots of cannon balls, screaming which was annoying. Small kids and babies brought into the whirlpool or just allowed to go into the whirlpool unsupervised- that’s probably why it was shut down in our 2nd week.
It cost us $10 to allow our friend to come pick us up for dinner - that’s a bit greedy! He didn’t stay for more than 5 mins, that should have been handled differently.
Pillows - bedroom pillow, stained, old and desperately needing replacement. Not even pillows covers on them. Not sanitary at all.
