Apt Capucins22 Mont Blanc View 1BR w/ Balcony Garage - Happy Rentals

Amazing direct views of Mont Blanc from the bedroom and balcony. It was a cute apartment, nothing fancy but it was comfortable. We enjoyed being a little bit out of town in Gaillands, walking around and exploring that area was perfect for our family. We liked being right on the train line too and it was fun for the kids. We loved the access to transport with the bus stop right out front and the train a short walk away (also we were only 25min walk from centre of town).

The hosts didn't do anything for us, so you have to be very self sufficient in this apartment. They give you such little supplies (toilet paper, soap) to start you off. I think for the price, it should be cheaper given that as a guest you are really on your own in the apartment and there is no service being provided. There was also no other people staying in our building which was good at some times but also felt a little isolating. On the balcony, there is also a metal stopper for closing the doors, however this was a bit of a tripping hazard for us and we had to always put something down so we didn't stub our toes (adults and kids!). The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up, which we didn't mind but it could be an issue for other guests, also the supermarket is a solid 15 min walk away.

Nice view of the river, train, and mountain. Good proximity to train station that went to downtown Chamonix. Very nice to have free parking included on the premises! Easy and clear check-in/check-out process.

The lock on the door took many tries to lock each time- it appeared to need maintenance. There was a baby bed in the closet with inches of dust on it that we vacuumed off ourselves so we could put our things in the closet.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, nous avions une voiture donc c'était facile, la vue, la structure de la maison, la tranquillité. Il y avait beaucoup de couvertures, de serviettes de bain. la maison est accueillante pour les animaux, elle avait un lit pour chien, mon chien était très content

Les lits étaient horribles, le lit double était de travers, le canapé lit était inconfortable et dur, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude pour les douches, nous avons dû dormir sans prendre de douche car l'eau n'était pas chaude, la réception ne l'a pas fait. Je ne nous ai pas donné de consigne pour mettre la poubelle, nous avons dû demander aux voisins, les toilettes avaient une mauvaise odeur qui revenait comme si il fallait la réparer, même la chasse d'eau sentait mauvais. Nous avons payé cher et ils voulaient quand même que nous nettoyions l'appartement et payions plus pour un autre nettoyage.
