Casa grande com todas as comodidades. Tem um pátio ótimo onde podemos fazer as refeições ou simplesmente estar. Quartos espaçosos, sem AC. Este só existe no corredor e na sala. WC espaçosos, com boa pressão no chuveiro. Tem um bom frigorífico e máquina de lavar loiça e de roupa. E tem garagem para dois carros.
A casa fica numa povoação com pouco comércio. O supermercado mais próximo fica no Fundão, a 12km. A internet é bastante fraca. E a rede de telemóvel também apresenta falhas.
