Location and balcony facing the sea.
Seating on balcony not ideal for sunbathing as no adjustable back recline etc. Also unable to use cooker/oven as it blew the power to the whole apartment. We reported it 3 times but no resolution therefore had to eat out every evening.

No air conditioning (although lovely big fan provided). Balcony chairs not comfy.

I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet relaxed holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Dishwasher and washing machine a bonus. The host Tony arrived within minutes to greet us with the keys, and to show us around.
Air con would be preferable.
