This was a wonderful place to spend time in the countryside.

Noky and Philippe were very friendly and helpful. They have created some wonderfully comfortable space in the French countryside. They also served an excellent dinner and breakfast for very reasonable prices. One of the few places where we've eaten and felt that we did not overpay.

We had a restful and pleasant stay. We ordered the dinner meal and it was delicious vegetarian meal. Bed was comfortable and all the equipment in the accommodation were in great condition. We would return there if in the region and maybe get a massage next time.

pas de café même pas un fond ! pas de filtre mais une machine à café, la boite de filtres était bien là mais VIDE ! un monsieur nous a donné un peu de ricoré ! pour le prix de 83.67 euros pour une nuit et ayant également une chambre d'hôtes, pour laquelle nos voyageurs ont quand même quelques dosettes de café, et quelques sachets de thé , là la boite était aussi vide .... Décevant pour une nuit

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre. Le petit appartement est très fonctionnel, juste ce qu'il faut. Le dîner était vraiment excellent ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Les hôtes sont adorables et disponibles.

Du positif et du moins positif

L’extérieur est joli, les fleurs la déco. La table, le petit banc. Une cuisine bien équipée c’est rare. Les propriétaires sont charmants ainsi que leur chien Snowboard. Le lieu est paisible.

-Pas d’armoire pour ranger les vêtements alors que j’ai une valise pour un mois. Je reste 7 jours dans ce lieu. (une nuit de plus) -Tiroirs de la commode d’entrée sales et avec mauvaise odeur, impossible d’y ranger des vêtements - Wifi défaillant quand je dois laisser tourner un appareil médical branché sur une application toute la nuit. - Les plaques de cuisson n’étaient pas propres. La propriétaire les a lavées à ma demande. - Gîte du dessus occupé, la propriétaire m’a prévenue et m’a dit de me procurer des boules quies….

Séjour aussi sympathique qu’agréable dans un site au charme naturel

La relation avec les propriétaires, aussi sympathiques que serviables et intéressants. L’emplacement nature, entre HauteLoire et Ardèche. Le jardin et ses délicieuses casseilles ! Le rapport qualité-prix. La possibilité de prendre des repas en table d’hôte. Nous n’en avons pas profité mais n’avons entendu que des compliments des autres résidents.

Un horrible matelas qui m’a réservé une mauvaise nuit Urgent le changer

Le lieu calme et bucolique La jolie campagne ardéchoise Le studio bien aménagé (sauf matelas), propre et complet en équipement L’accueil de Laurence qui s’est substituée aux hôtes et qui a fait son possible avec grande gentillesse pour palier à leur absence.

Le matelas du lit (chambre studio du bas) : Horrible avec un creux au milieu Indigne pour une chambre d’hôte Comme ce bnb était une étape sur mon parcours velo, dormir sur un matelas correct était le minimum requis J’étais seule dans le lit … heureusement … un cauchemar à deux Le fait que j’ai réservé et payé le 21 mai et que je n’ai appris que le 25 au soir (alors que j’avais tenté 3 fois de joindre les hôtes sans retour de leur part et que j’étais déjà en rando velo de plusieurs jours et que j’arrivais le lendemain) que les hôtes n’étaient pas là mais que Laurence pourrait m’accueillir mais pas de 17h00 à 18h00 …qu’il n’y aurait pas de petit déjeuner et que le diner n’était pas non plus envisageable. En revanche j’avais une longue liste de consignes …. poubelles …. Il faudrait que les loueurs comprennent un jour qu’à velo tout est plus loin et qu’après une journée velo, partir au resto ou dans un supermarché est une contrainte. J’aurais préféré que ma reservation ne soit pas honorée dès le 21 mai et surtout pas payée J’aurais pu alors prendre une autre réservation Quand un loueur ne peut assurer la reservation qu’il ne la prenne pas !

Hébergement à l’image de l’accueil réservé par le propriétaire: tout en délicatesse.

Le charme du logement, la situation et le calme environnant, le dîner/petit déjeuner raffinés, l’équipement du studios, l’accueil tout en finesse de Philippe m’ont permis de profiter d’une parenthèse reposante et très agréable lors de mon voyage à vélo sur la Dolce Via.

propriétaires très accueillants, nous proposant même le repas du soir alors que nous n'avions prévenu que très tardivement. Repas très bon servi dans le gite par les propriétaires (comme au restaurant). Idem pour le petit déjeuner.

Détente et vélo en Ardèche

Le petit studio du Mazel correspondait parfaitement à notre attente - Lieu calme et reposant - cuisine fonctionnelle - literie confortable - la proximité des voies douces (4 km de la Dolce Via) - pas de télé (4 jours sans infos anxiogènes, ça fait du bien) - les champs de Jonquilles en ce mois d'avril

Avec un abri vélo cela aurait été parfait. Le propriétaire propose son atelier de menuiserie lorsque c'est possible mais il avait des travaux en cours et nous ne souhaitions pas le déranger. Nos vélos sont restés dans le jardin sous une bâche. Petit soucis d'odeur au niveau de l'évacuation de la douche à priori lié aux fortes pluies.

Satisfaits du cadre, déçus de l’accueil et de la colère du gérant.

Le cadre, dans la nature en Ardèche.

Le gîte était froid à notre arrivée (moins de 18 degrés). Nous avons demandé à l’hôte de mettre un peu de chauffage. Il n’a pas pu déclencher le chauffage ni nous proposer une autre solution qu’un plaid (chauffage d’appoint ?). Face a notre déception, il s’est mis vivement en colère contre moi alors que j’étais calme et à la recherche d’une solution. Lorsque l’on tient un gite, il faut pouvoir faire face au mécontentement des clients .. leur crier dessus et leur dire qu’ils sont trop « frileux »n’est pas une solution.
