Beautiful house, comfortable, spacious, cozy and very familiar, being the best option for you and your family in the Reduto da Paz neighborhood. With a lush beach on the street corner and a bowling on the other corner, here will be pure fun!
The Mello family house is located in a privileged area of the city of Rio das Ostras. For those looking for a quiet, peaceful place with a relaxing and cozy atmosphere, this is the place.
We have three (3) bedrooms. Being 1 suite, with a double bed and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has 3 beds and a closet. The third has two beds and a dresser to store your belongings. All rooms have window, leaving the airy and pleasant environment, and ceiling fans.
The house also has a living room with 2 environments, a living room with cable TV, a sofa and two other armchairs. The second environment is a dining room with table for up to 6 people.
In addition to the bathroom already mentioned in the master suite, we also have 2 social bathrooms. 1 is inside the house and another is outside.
The house has a large garage and can fit up to 3 large cars. In addition to a brick barbecue area, perfect for the barbecue of your vacation.
The backyard of this house is just perfect! He is very large and all lawn, very well maintained, by the way. It has a shower in it for when you arrive from the beach and can bathe or for those who want to get a tan lying on the grass and get wet from time to time to refresh the body.
