- 5 suites, living room, balcony - hammocks and accommodation for the balcony, barbecue area with toilet, laundry area, bedroom outside the house with bathroom and shower.
120m2 shed area:
- 'External area structure' - large space of 40m2 equipped with external kitchen, pizza oven, wood stove, barbecue, swimming pool, changing room with shower and bathroom.
- Sleeps 6 cars.
- Parties and events should be consulted in advance. We are in a gated community. Holidays that include parties must first inform the nature of the event, and if authorized we will negotiate values. Event accommodations have different rates than regular accommodations.

Estivemos na casa por 5 noites com meus pais idosos, meu sogros, meu irmão e meu filho. A estadia foi excelente. A casa é como nas fotos. Quartos ótimos, ampla cozinha, mas o ponto alto da casa é área externa, onde encontra-se a churrasqueira, fogão a lenha, fornos de pizza e uma área muito agradável com redes.
A localização também é ótima, sendo a poucos passos da praia.
Todos amaram a casa e espero voltarmos em breve.

Viajamos com 5 casais de amigos e a estadia foi maravilhosa. A casa é extremamente bem cuidada e bem equipada, além de linda. A área da churrasqueira é deliciosa.

Nosso grupo de 5 casais de amigos tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa, com dias para ficar na boa memória! A casa é excelente conforme as expectativas . Tivemos um ótimo contato com Marina que resolveu todas as dúvidas e atendeu nossos pedidos. As únicas observações são quanto ao ar condicionado dos quartos que tivemos dificuldade de regulagem de temperatura e deficiência de higienização nos aparelhos da parte térrea. Também sentimos falta do aquecimento da piscina que constava do anúncio do site. Porém, isso pouco ou nada interferiu em nossa estadia. Voltaremos com toda certeza!
