-This unit is located on the 9th floor with elevator access.
-Motorcycles, golfcarts, trailers permitted in overflow lot across street.
-Maximum two parking passes provided, no exceptions.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
-Coin operated laundry room on site.
-Daily housekeeping unavailable.
-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

Property was just as listed. Fantastic view of the beach. Close proximity to all attractions. Communication with the host was fantastic. 100% would come again. We are even planning a friends getaway.

Overall the property and unit were very very nice. No issues other than the tub not draining and it was fixed immediately after contacting the host. Loved the view from the balcony. No northern view but can see the entire coast beyond Myrtle Beach. My only suggestion for the owner is a better light blocking shade in the bedroom. The light from the hallway (which is wonderful when coming into the unit at night for safety) shines into the room all night. I would consider this unit again if coming alone or with one other.

We’ve stayed a Carolina Reef a couple of times previously, but this condo was the nicest. Clean and fresh looking, it was perfect for a long weekend for a couple.
