About this villa rental
A wonderful holiday home with the garden and swimming pool facing south. With 2 outside terraces, outside kitchen and outdoor table tennis.
It stands on its own 500 m2 of land of which the dwelling is 150 m2.
3 large bedrooms, 1 with a TV including Netflix and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed and a folding bed for the the living room or for the master bedroom. 2 walk-in showers with heating. The room with dining area, sitting area, television overlooking the pool through an open door. The television can receive channels from all over the world. Internet is via fiber optic and is free.
Upon arrival you pay 200.00 in deposit. For electricity, 0.35 euros per kHz, 90.00 euros per week for free electricity, 2.75 m3 for water and 15.00 per person for the linen package. After leaving the house, the costs will be deducted from the deposit. The pool is filled with salt water, so no chlorine and good for the skin. In the evening there is lighting in the garden as well as in the swimming pool.

Thank you for the most amazing stay at your villa the villa is perfect for a family attending my daughter’s wedding. Our grandson aged 10 loved the pool as did we. We loved all the seating areas outside in shade or sun and the outside kitchen area to eat was great in the shade. We had an amazing family holiday. You can walk to a supermarket and restaurants but would recommend a car for full access to all local amenities.

Excellent villa with an outside garden that fitted all that we were after to relax in. Some minor issues with no instructions for appliances and all other information was in Dutch.

The villa was perfect with everything you could need. Location was ideal, we didn’t have a car and everything was within walking distance, shops, bars, restaurants and local buses. The host was great and told us everything we needed to know about the villa and pool. If I had to find a negative it would be that the single room did not have aircon and it was a bit worrying not knowing how much the electricity would cost until the end of our stay. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again

This villa is amazing, very spacious & the pool was so warm. It is so close to consum square with lots of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. We will hopefully be back, thank you.
