Approx. 900 m from the sea by Skåstrup Strand is this well-appointed cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and activity room. The house's pool section contains a large swimming pool, water slide, swimming coach, large whirlpool and sauna with room for 4-6 people. On the other side of the centrally located dining / living room you enter the activity room, where you can play table football, darts or pool at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis. Both the pool area and the activity room are a really good gathering point for the whole family. The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned and is built around two separate sleeping areas and a total of three large bathrooms. All bathrooms are with shower and underfloor heating. The dining / living area is tastefully decorated with a flat-screen TV, blu-ray player, PlayStation4, sofa area and wood burning stove, all helping to create a cozy atmosphere. In the well-thought-out kitchen, there is a large refrigerator, freezer, 2 stoves, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, so the cooking and the subsequent cleaning go like a breeze. On the large plot there is space for play and ball games, and there is also a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Due to the size of the house, the price of cleaning at this Skanlux cottage differs from the normal list price. Settlement of consumption, cleaning and deposit is paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not for rent to youth groups.
